We have had our vehicle serviced here for several years, since before it was McLarty Daniel. We have never had a bad experience. With prior mechanics, etc. I was nervous about my wife going by herself, but since before it was McLarty Daniel. We have never had a bad experience. With prior mechanics, etc. I was nervous about my wife going by herself, but I feel like I can trust this dealership to be honest with us. A service department's job is to make money for the company, if they don't make money they stop existing, but I feel like this group prioritizes the customer too, under the idea that if they do right by the customer, the customer will come back. In my case, they are right. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and continue to get our GMC vehicles serviced there, even though I am sure I could get some of the work done at Walmart to save a little money. More

All I can say is my service experience was by far the best one I have ever had. My husband broke down in NWA while on a job and I contacted Ryan to let him know that my vehicle was being towed to his ser best one I have ever had. When the tow truck arrived Ivory greeted my husband by name and took him to meet Ryan and Tayler. After giving them all of the information Ivory gave him a ride back to where he was staying. Ryan kept in touch with us throughout the entire repair which was finished the very next day. I honestly can not say enough good things about this service department. We have been to many dealers in our travels and never once felt as if we could trust in the service department our vehicle was being left with. I applaud the dealer for employing such amazing talent! Not just once but on multiple occasions they tried to take advantage of me. Get a second opinion before you pay their high amounts to fix a vehicle.
