Disappointed in the lack of integrity A 72 hour extended test drive was agreed to by the new Sales Manager only to be revoked by himself and the General manager within 24 hours which cause A 72 hour extended test drive was agreed to by the new Sales Manager only to be revoked by himself and the General manager within 24 hours which caused a major inconvenience to myself and a third party having to cancel business appointments and make an additional 3 hour round trip. When confronted about not keeping their word/agreement I was told it never should have been made to start with in essence taking no responsibility in the misstep and expressing no concern for the inconvenience they caused. Further, when I brought up a mechanical issue with the "used" vehicle with both managers, neither showed an interest in my concern at all actually citing that it was merely due to it being a high horsepower vehicle or my lack of experience with such vehicle. Upon doing my research I learned that the issue is actually a wide spread known problem with that year/model. This transaction left me feeling that they are not trustworthy at all and have no concern with providing a quality and safe product for consumers. I hope this was an unfortunate incident instead of the norm and was addressed within so other consumers won't be dealt with this way but I will be taking my business/purchases to a dealership I can trust. More
