I have been to service department on many occasions with the last time being this week on the 21st. Happened to be in the area and needed to get a fog lamp bulb replaced. I spoke to Karol in service, he assured me that they could get this done as soon as someone available. He got the job done for me in a fairly short amount of time. He was the nicest, friendliest and pleasant service writer I have dealt with there, even though I didn’t have an appointment. I know the service department is very busy but customers do like to be greeted and helped in a nice and friendly manner. I just wanted you to know Karol is an asset to your business. I will ask for him next time I come in . More

Discovered this dealership is very dishonest having put inferior parts in our truck including junkyard parts but charged us for new. They don’t want honor warranted work that was done to our truck related inferior parts in our truck including junkyard parts but charged us for new. They don’t want honor warranted work that was done to our truck related to the engine replacement we paid 11k for. They have repeatedly lied to us. The new owner of this dealership Jason Hooe lied to us and was verbally abusive. We can not recommend this dealership for sales or service. Horrible service from advisor. No communication at all. I have had the worst experience with this dealership service department, other than the service manager I spoke with a mo No communication at all. I have had the worst experience with this dealership service department, other than the service manager I spoke with a month after my truck went into the shop. First thing is I went in on 12/23/25 for them to do a recall on a computer part and to look at my DEF system. They checked my DEF system and determined that the pump was out and also determined that I had a computer recall, which would put my DEF system under warranty. That was the only good experience I had with service advisor Chris Johnson. I had requested a loaner vehicle through Chris and he advised that it was a 3 week wait list for a loaner vehicle. I understood that. Then I messaged him once it hit the 3 weeks to check on a loaner vehicle. I sent this message to the phone number that Chris had been messaging me on about the ordered part. No response. I sent 2 more messages just asking for updates on a loaner and still no response. About 2 weeks ago, I went into the service department and just needed to get some items out of my truck for taxes and Chris appeared to seem like I was a burden just being there. All I needed was to know where my truck was since I had my extra key already. Finally, after calling and speaking to a service manager, wish I would have obtained his name, turns out there was a part in stock that was ordered by someone else that had not shown up, so the service manager was able to use that part and get my truck fixed. Went in today, 2/3/26, to pick up my truck and went to Chris, whom was my advisor during the whole thing, and he didn't even acknowledge me being there. I was standing in front of his computer for 5 minutes and another advisor asked me if I needed any help and asked my name. Chris turned to him and stated "I have it right here". Still without acknowledging that I was there. Chris printed the paperwork and the only words he spoke to me was "Sign by the X and your truck will be right there" and pointed outside. So just beware if you have Chris Johnson as your service advisor, do not expect him to respond to any questions and do not expect him to want to help you in any way.
