My Buying experience I found there website very helpful in determining the vehicle I was interested in. Was easy calling and setting up a time to see it. I had a trade in as well as was offered a fair market price for it. While I was doing the paperwork the vehicle was being prep for me. Filled the tank full gave a quick shine and cleaning and I was on my way home. More

Why I don't like buying new vehicles. I had to show the salesman the internet offer on my cellphone to get the discount offered by dealership. For the vehicle I wanted the discount I found I had to show the salesman the internet offer on my cellphone to get the discount offered by dealership. For the vehicle I wanted the discount I found on the internet was $10,000 dollars off of MSRP and sales tax paid. That saved me nearly $7000 over the original deal that I was offered be the sales manager. . Both the sales manager and salesman said they didn't know the offer existed. Very poor excuse and probably not true. The sales manager"s printed Kelly Blue Book trade-in value for my car was $3000 less than the one I printed the same day. I should have compared the reports to see how he devalued my trade-in that much. A big,big mistake on my part because I did not embellish my report. I was told that I had to finance the vehicle in order to get the internet discount offer. I asked the salesman, sales manager, and finance offer this question. How many payments do I have to make before I can pay the vehicle off? I got three different answers. I'm going back Monday to try and get the correct answer. The finance manager offered me an extended warranty for six years or 100,000 miles for $2500. When I said no he suddenly offered me 10 years or 100,000 miles for same price. My wife and I felt insulted by that maneuver and considered shutting down the sale. Overall, the deal was the best I could find so I went ahead and bought the vehicle. I had a hard time going to sleep that night after realizing the money I lost on my trade-in and the lack of professionalism that I dealt with during the sale. Also, after being shown two vehicles that didn't fit the needs I had described, I went outside and walked the entire back lot until I found a vehicle that met my needs. No fuzzy feelings here. More
