Today I swung by because my uconnect was hung up and needed reset, and I was headed out of town. He quickly took it back, reset it, and got me on the road. I was handed papers to sign without little to NO explanation. He was too busy talking about his personal life with the other person in the room with me (that was NOT a part of this purchase) I repeatedly asked what am I signing? A quick tort answer was shot out at me. In the end I had to ask what my payment was and received a response that about gave me a heart attack. HORRIBLE experience! I love my truck but will regret it forever as it was a painful upsetting experience. One that I should have enjoyed and been excited about. More
Best car buying experience I’ve had. Negotiating for a vehicle is never a very pleasant experience for me as I am trying to get the best deal possible. This purchase was touch and go for a while but I finally was able to purchase the car for $100 under what I was willing to pay. Our salesperson, Heather, was so nice and helpful showing us how to use all the bells and whistles on the car. The finance guy was too pushy trying to sell me an extended warranty but I understand that it’s just part of his just job. Anyway, in the end I was able to get around $19,000 dollars off the sticker price with a trade-in that was worth $10,000 - $12000... very pleased. More

I know I was not the most pleasant customer he has worked with but he stayed positive and helpful from beginning until the sale was concluded and even after that. Should have asked for experienced sales person Sammy was our salesman. I was told on the phone to ask for Ty Hollingsworth but was never introduced or met him. Sammy was our salesman. Wanted the sale but didn’t want to follow up on anything and doesn’t call back or email back responsibly. Was told by him as he read from the window sticker which I still have not received a copy of that we got a soft top along with our Jeep. He said he was mistaken. He promised a coffe cup. Jeep brand. And Jeep water bottle for the wife. Went out of his way to ignore his promise. I only got a tutorial on how to link my phone and a manual after repeated text to him. And mislead me to dealership thinking I would have the soft top we discussed in our test drive while he read it from the window sticker. Then to inform me he was mistaken. “ I would appreciate a call from a manager to discuss my visit in private.” Text during the day as I work in the field all day and sometimes can not talk until later. We were never introduced to any management?? Odd. We love our Jeep but had disappointing results in some aspects. Vehicle was to be redetailed per Sammy on the 2 nd of July. because of trash that was still in vehicle when we got home. Still have no conformation of this from him. I’m a person if I’m told something from someone that I’m expected to trust. That is what I expect. Please have manager call to discuss More
