I sat around waiting forever. when I finally got inside I was put off by the finance managers attitude. No means no. It doesn't mean get defensive and start treating me poorly because I don't want to buy extra stuff. I would recommend the car salesman but not the dealership because I don't like how I was treated, and how my time was wasted. More

Another reason is that once it came down to getting my set of keys, there was no spare key available - and said that to get a new one it would cost $100 extra.
