Frustrating service department First truck was a lemon. Spent 2 of 4 weeks in service. They didn't fix problems and wouldn't listen. Finally made them buy back the truck or envoke First truck was a lemon. Spent 2 of 4 weeks in service. They didn't fix problems and wouldn't listen. Finally made them buy back the truck or envoke lemon law. They wanted to do me a favor and make us pay $4000 more for a replacement. After 3 hours they finally agreed to eat the truck due to poor service department. Will go back to Lewis Chrysler next time I buy a vehicle. Only positive was our salesman. He was excellent. More
