Matt, we’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. We really did do everything in our power to fix the issues you experienced with your first truck, up to and including buying you out of it to prevent you from going through any long buyback processes. That whole process averages 3-4 months and we knew how important your truck is to you, which is why we handled it immediately in-house. At the end of the day, unfortunately we don’t manufacture these vehicles, we sell and service them, and try to do so in a way that leaves every customer happy with us and their new car. We do our best, and we’re sad to hear that going above and beyond for you in this issue somehow lost your business.
