Hayden did an excellent job, he documented the repair work from my previous dealer that was done incorrectly and caused damage that had to be repaired, this allowed me to write to the dealer and get a re work from my previous dealer that was done incorrectly and caused damage that had to be repaired, this allowed me to write to the dealer and get a refund. Also Hayden reviewed the work his dealership did that caused two new front tires to go bad from a faulty alignment. Hayden performed his work over and above what many dealership employees would do. That's what vehicle owners want and deserve. Because of Haydens honesty and doing the right thing I will continue to bring my Raptor to McLarty Daniel Ford, he deserves an A++ on his reviews.
