Quick follow-up: About three weeks now, and McLarty Daniel Ford still has not contacted me. They spent time to post a response to this review and give me a number to call. But they put me on hold when I called, sent me to Tayler Curtis' voicemail, and never responded. (Note: They have my phone # as they auto-texted me and I responded to that.) More importantly, I still have unresolved issues with a new Ford vehicle purchased in February. I suppose I will need to use another area dealer.
