I was looking for a nice dependable car with great mileage and low miles. They are all about selling a car but when it comes to service it is awful. I have actually had to call the dealer while standing in the service area to get them to at least acknowledge my presence. You service it is awful. I have actually had to call the dealer while standing in the service area to get them to at least acknowledge my presence. You will also notice an extremely high turnover rate at the service desk.... They all hate their jobs and dont care at all about customer service. If you buy a car from McLardy, Plan your oil changes to be done at Mr Lube down the street and you manufacturer air bag recalls never to get done. More
