The best car sales service I've ever experienced Jesus and Rodney took great care of me, start to finish. There were some hiccups, but they were patient and didn't mind working for my business. These two certainly went above and beyond, and I'd gladly do business with them again in the future. Jorge came off a bit rude during the financing process. He specifically used the words "that doesn't sound very smart to me but it's your choice" and got aggravated when I chose not to purchase an additional warranty. He was very dismissive and short after I turned down that offer, and he let it show. If I hadn't totaled my car and been in a tight spot, I would have considered walking out right then and there. It was unprofessional, and it tarnished the excellent service that Jesus and Rodney had displayed, which they don't deserve. Overall I still give 5 stars because Jesus and Rodney were that good, but I would be remiss not to mention how Jorge's rudeness affected the experience. More
