Late day sale! My 18 yr old son and I arrived at the dealership in the late afternoon on Saturday. We were seriously looking to buy but knew we didn’t have time before the dealership closed, but we still wanted to look and possibly get the ball rolling for Monday. Justin Smith was wonderful! He never made us feel rushed and really worked with us when we knew he was tired and ready to go home. I tried to tell him we could finish it on Monday but he kept saying your already here we might as well do it! There was no pressure just great service and we left ther 2 hours after the dealership was scheduled to close with our new car! Thank you to all of you who stayed when you didn’t have to! I drove up to see the vehicles and he was very patient with me because I wanted a bench seat and my husband wanted bucket seats on the second row so RD took me around to let me sit in the vehicles so I could see for myself how they were. He didn't pressure me. He was very friendly. Made buying my new car very easy. He even walked me to the service dept and introduced me to that team. More
