Got a great car, but service was very disappointing. The car we bought had been smoked in, although salesman promised it had not. We were told to bring it back Monday, the 25th to have ozone treatment The car we bought had been smoked in, although salesman promised it had not. We were told to bring it back Monday, the 25th to have ozone treatment done. My husband took off work to have it over there. When he got there he was told by the salesman it would take about 15 minutes. Then Salesman came back and said machine was broken, so they sprayed carpet spray which amplified the smell instead of masking. We have taken care of the smell ourselves at this point. We also were not impressed with the finance guys attitude. Very rude and condescending. Over all, we love the vehicle we bought, but not at all happy with the service we received. Not planning to buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
