We were not there more than ten minutes that evening. David gave me his card and I told him I would be in contact with him. The next morning email him exhaling we wanted to move forward with the SUV we looked at. He met my every need from start to finish. Clark was our sales manager he made sure we felt good about our buying experience. I asked him to get me a side by side comparison of my monthly rate and within 10 minutes I had all my information. Carlos Becerra even offered to get my diner since the processing paperwork was taking quite a bit longer. He definitely went the extra mile. He had my car fueled and ready within 30 minutes, before the paperwork was even completed. I've bought two cars previously with him and his customer service is always excellent, it's one of the many reasons I've choosen Nissan. More
