Excellent service I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I came in with a low tire and they found a nail in the side wall making the tire inoperable I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I came in with a low tire and they found a nail in the side wall making the tire inoperable. They worked with the warranty I had on the tire and I was back on the road in 35 minutes. They made sure to assist with all questions/concerns I had and were very knowledgeable. I was definitely disappointed with the customer service I received from Caleb and Seth. It was as if they could care less and they wanted to rush through the process and had better things to do. The service department was phenomenal! I ended up having to go back in to get a camera replaced and they immediately took care of it. If it wasn't for Darrell, Zach and me liking the vehicle I would've definitely purchased from somewhere else. I would definitely recommend better customer service from beginning to end. More

Service department not very knowledgeable about their vehicles as a matter fact I was told that my oil level was fine even though it was well above the overfill mark (went into have oil and filter changed). Also was told that they had not heard about Honda's CR-V problem with gas dilution in crankcase or that China had stopped sales of CR-Vs until the problem was solved! Also finance manager was not very helpful when I needed missing paperwork (did not return calls)! And the missing paperwork still bothers me how that happened. More
