Service Advisor Robert (Bob) Littleton This was my first service since the retirement of Roy Spiller, and I was unsure that anyone could replace Roy. Roy had been my Service Advisor since we moved to Little Rock in 2007, and we had an excellent relationship. I could count on Roy to provide straight-forward and accurate assessment of the work needed. Not to worry, Bob Littleton stepped in with the same approach to caring for my 2006 Ridgeline that was the basis for my relationship with Roy. Bob worked closely with the Service Technician and kept me informed; to include making recommendations based on the Service Technician's findings. I look forward to continuing to work with Bob in the future. Also, please insure the Service Technician's excellent work is acknowledged. My 2006 Ridgeline is performing like it did when it was new. More
