Phil is the best mechanic Ford has in the Southeast. I've bought 3 cars at McLaughin's, each one at a few hundred dollars over cost. I usually do my own maintenance, but when the vehicle has a problem (not often) it goes to Phil, nobody else. The people there are great. I didn't feel like just another mark, and will go back to McLaughlin's for my next Ford. More
