This guy did nothing but waste our time. Our deal was supposedly done but after we drove an hour to get there, the truck that was already supposed to be ours was sold to someone else. Did not even apologize or show his face once we got there. We will never buy from this person or this place ever and I would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to just go somewhere different because this place is extremely unprofessional. The process was easy and straight forward. My only complaint was being forced to pay for an after market product called perma plate for $899.00. In my opinion, those additional products are straight dealer profit. The dealer worked with me a little on my trade in value, but would of felt much better not paying that charge at all! Complete communication and planning needs to happen more at this dealership. Kelsea is very helpful and friendly in service. I feel with great leadership from the top management the whole work team and the at this dealership. Kelsea is very helpful and friendly in service. Unfortunately this is rare to find in a disorganized and selfish world we currently live in. I was called 2 two different times to bring my car in minutes after checking my car into service. My battery was replaced a day late because there was not enough trained technicians when one is absent. The other items on my list weren't repaired even though the paperwork says it was. More

Kelsea is always friendly and courteous. We took our Chevy in for a new timing belt and windshield wiper blades. They also noticed the car had a funny noise and needed a new alternator. I We took our Chevy in for a new timing belt and windshield wiper blades. They also noticed the car had a funny noise and needed a new alternator. I am so glad they were able to fix the noise. Our Chevy is now running much quieter than it has in a long time. I asked for a ride from my home to pick up our car when it was done and David came to help me out.
