Hourly rate way to high, prices for parts to high and they refused to do all the things right to the customer. Went in for a few things and the bill was huge with unforseen issues. Working with Adam while purchasing a used Tahoe from McLoughlin Chevrolet was good. Adam was very easy to work with and felt he was very honest about the vehicle we purchased. We traded in our Malibu t McLoughlin Chevrolet was good. Adam was very easy to work with and felt he was very honest about the vehicle we purchased. We traded in our Malibu that we had purchased from them previously and I felt they gave us fair trade in for it towards the Tahoe. Also since we had forgotten to take the Malibu Title and other items needed with us to finalize the deal Adam went above and beyond instead of us having to make the 2 hour round trip back he drove out to our place and picked up the title. Only reason for eliminating a 5 star rating is we felt a dealership ( nothing against Adam) should make sure the vehicle fuel isn't on the low warning before you leave and also that it has two keys not just one since a second one costs a couple hundred dollars to get made up. More
