The manager of the facility called me a "young lady", a term that is infantilizing and sexist. After confronting him about this, he continued to call me "young lady". Another member assumed I was a care gi term that is infantilizing and sexist. After confronting him about this, he continued to call me "young lady". Another member assumed I was a care giver, several of the staff members clearly need training on implicit bias. Several people were faceshields instead of masks and removed their masks when taking. The car salesman who helped me, Mica, was very nice and soft spoken, without being pushy and was able to help get the car into my price range. Overall, some staff members are helpful while others give off the stereotypical sleazy car dealership vibe. More
