I always had reservations about visiting dealerships, avoiding the stress of having to deal with sales representatives focused more on making the sale than listening to and understanding the customer nee avoiding the stress of having to deal with sales representatives focused more on making the sale than listening to and understanding the customer needs. This was not the case with Nick, walking into McLoughlin, greeted at the door with a smile and welcoming reception. I purchased a vehicle that day but I purchased a vehicle I wanted at a price less than I anticipated all thanks to Nick and his team. He made the process so easy.....stress and hassle free.......not what I was use to when visiting dealerships..........5 stars in exceeding my expectations when it came to customer service to Nick. More

One very annoying part of my buying experience was another sales guy kept barging in during my time in the finance office telling the finance manager he needs to hurry up cause his clients are waiting. It other terms the this sales guy was saying to me hurry up and sign you paperwork and get out of the office. If inventory was like it was years ago I may have not bought here because of these issues I experienced, but the truck with the features I wanted was not available anywhere else local. More
