My 2008 Equinox had oil and antifreeze mixed and the car overheated istatly I had a major cleaning of the cooling system and head gaskets replaced.in October. The Antifreeze and oil we’re supposed to be replaced after the old contaminated were flushed out. However when I drove it home the oil warning light came on so I went back to the dealership to get the oil changed. Now antifreeze is leaking into the car and the windows fog up on the inside almost instantly. I waited a week to get an appointment for the service manager to tell me the heater core was bad and I have to wait for another week for the parts to come in. I am 80 years old and it is my only vehicle. So I am again home bound. The parts were supposed to be delivered today but I did not get the promised phone call to take it in. ??? More

When my car died (Thursday), my regular mechanic couldn’t see it until January. I live away from the city and have one car. McLoughlin Chevy listened and said I could have it towed in right away but they cou see it until January. I live away from the city and have one car. McLoughlin Chevy listened and said I could have it towed in right away but they couldn’t get to it until Tuesday. They not only fixed it Friday - 4 days EARLY - when I went to pay my bill I was able to leave my rental with them instead of having to take it to the rental place then Ubering back. AND it was slightly less than they quoted me. AMAZING experience. Definitely my next choice if my car needs service! More

Everyone is always friendly and helpful, but I’ve had my car in there multiple times and the one thing that frustrates me is the little things that are left undone. For example, I just had my car in there for an engine cleaning, and one of my tires has been a bit low. That’s not the reason I took it in, but when I got my car back, they did the service but didn’t even top off my tire. So I got my car back with a low tire pressure warning light on. When you take your car to a dealership you expect complete service. I recognize it was not in there for the tire, but those are the kinds of bare minimum customer services you get for free even when you get an oil change. I want to really like this location because the people are nice, but small inattentions leave me feeling a bit unsatisfied with this dealership. More
