Could only get water test service done on a Thursday which is inconvenient for a leak situation. After getting work done and assured the problem was fixed, my car is still leaking. Also, the leak seems which is inconvenient for a leak situation. After getting work done and assured the problem was fixed, my car is still leaking. Also, the leak seems to be moving to the front of the car by the rearview mirror. Then after I called to get an answer, it was Saturday and the only answer was to drop off the car until Monday so it could sit in the shop until someone could view the situation on Monday with no loaner car available to use in the meantime. I enjoyed working with Rania and the staff milling about were very friendly. I paid cash for my vehicle and the process was still very slow, too slow. Also, I was not impressed when I realized they didn’t provide the full CARFAX report until the very end when I was signing the final paperwork. I’ll recommend based solely on Rania and the used car selection. More
