Kelsea Phipps did a really good job of keeping me informed about the progress on the repair of my 2018 GMC Yukon. It was an unusual issue, and took over 2 weeks to fix. I came in for third time for my re-recall on my 2017 Bolt. It is a big hassle to get there and back. After I got my car, the service performed said that Hilltop Reserve was set and that was it.
