The process was good. Jacob was patient and explained a lot about the truck. Ezra was able to work with us on getting the cars transferred. The only thing that I think should have been done was that the fluids all should of been topped off. The DEF states low on the monitor. The gas tank was nearly empty (we spent a ton of cash, I would think the gas tank would have been full) and one of the tires is lower than the others. However, the truck is beautiful and both Jacob and Ezra were great. I like to deal with people I work with consistently so I hope they stay around for the next time I might need a car. I will send anybody looking for a car your way.
