In a service department, you expect to have the problem corrected, which they did. What made the experience a pure joy, however was dealing with Kelsea, my Service Advisor. She wasn't in when I dropped my car off the night before my appointment, nor was she there when I picked it up the day following the repair. However, because of the conversations we had setting up the process, I felt like she was still controlling it; everything happened right on schedule, just like I'd hoped it would.
