Bought our Suburban with it in writing that it had Max Trailering Package and Smooth Ride Suspension. . When we went to purchase our trailer we found out it didn’t. They told us they would “fix” the prob Trailering Package and Smooth Ride Suspension. . When we went to purchase our trailer we found out it didn’t. They told us they would “fix” the problem, but nothing worked. They said maybe they could change the gear ratio on it so they could add the package, but then said that would be too expensive. They said we could have one of a different color, which wasn’t what we wanted. I asked if they could paint it and was told that would be to expensive. We were offered a more expensive option in our color and then 15 minutes later we were told it wasn’t actually available. They then offered to let us keep the one we bought while ordering a new one that would take 3-6 months and then allow us to trade the one we purchased in. By this time all trust was lost and we just wanted out. We wanted nothing to do with this dealership at all. All of this and the salesman Daniel Kemble never even offered us an apology for his mistake. David Mendenhall tried his best to be helpful, but none of the options provided us with what we needed.
