for me this dealership is wonderful. They stand behind their customers 100% if something should come up they will follow thru and make it right. I can not tell you how much i apricate this Dealer and will return for another vehicle, we have gotten 3 from this dealer and they have all been great. I have a problem with my new car (nothing to do with the dealer) and Kyle and all the people at McLoughlin, the ladies, sales, finance and service all were there helping us thru this and they made everything right. I have a brand new car that i love and all thanks to Kyle and the staff at Mcloughlin Chevy thank you. If you want a place that you can go to that you can trust and the employees are honest and will stand with there customers to make sure they get the car they want and are happy then this is were you want to go. This was my second terrible experience with this dealer service department. A simple oil change and seat belt recall visit that took well over 3 hours. And this visit would have taken longer if I had not service department. A simple oil change and seat belt recall visit that took well over 3 hours. And this visit would have taken longer if I had not walked around and found my car parked in the back with the work incomplete. The service agent did not know what was going on. A second service agent that was clueless and rude. I should have known that I was in trouble when it too 20 minutes to check in my car for this simple visit. Clearly this organization has serious communication, performance and leadership issues. More

Kelsea was very friendly and got things handled for me. very clean and professional atmosphere. the vehicle was in and out in a timely manner. bad thing is; my seat was moved all the way forward and not r very clean and professional atmosphere. the vehicle was in and out in a timely manner. bad thing is; my seat was moved all the way forward and not returned to the location set when dropped off. the radio station had been changed and was playing loud when I turned the vehicle on. I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt the need to I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt the need to highlight my experience at McLaughlin Chevrolet. 1st I want to give high praise to Elliot I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt the need to highlight my experience at McLaughlin Chevrolet. 1st I want to give high praise to Elliott Dawson, my Salesman. Elliott was great because he has a high level of customer service and he keeps customers optimistic. I was highly skeptical that they would get me financed and if they could get me financed, it would be at a higher monthly payment and super high interest rate. Through that eager, kinda stressful time he was calm, kind and knowledgeable. Truly appreciate the conversation we shared which helped me with the eagerness/stress and for staying positive that we would get a good deal done. 2nd huge thanks and appreciation to Ezra and the fiance team who jumped through hoops to get me an amazing deal. First finance guy who told me the honest truth about taking 1year -18months to really improve my credit when other dealer have said 6 months. I have challenging credit but what they did for me truly deserves generous praise, Thank you. After having a 2001 Silverado (accident) for 15 years, then having a F-150 for 8 month (accident) I knew I had to get back into a Chevy Silverado. So I linked up with Elliot and the McLaughlin Chevrolet and THEY made it happen. They went above and beyond for me. I knew getting financed was going to be a challenge but the biggest thing I appreciate about McLaughlin Chevrolet is that they took it as their challenge along with me and got me an amazing deal. I got the monthly payment I was truly seeking and to top it off I got an amazing interest rate, for that I'm deeply grateful.
