Last minute Drop in for Oil Change! I purchased our 2019 Suburban Premier from McLoughlin Chevrolet about a year ago but live 45 miles away.. I was in the area for other business and c I purchased our 2019 Suburban Premier from McLoughlin Chevrolet about a year ago but live 45 miles away.. I was in the area for other business and called to get a last minute appointment for an oil change and check up and the team was more than accommodating to get me into the Service dept within 20 minutes. The service was completed and I was out of there within 45 minutes tops. Thanks to the Team for being so great! More

Happy the salesmen was nice did an ok job, could tell he was new and thing got miscommunicated from sales to closing to management. the closer made a mista the salesmen was nice did an ok job, could tell he was new and thing got miscommunicated from sales to closing to management. the closer made a mistake and when we were upset about it the main manager came into the deal and things did not go well from then on. I will not come in and deal with the main manager at your store ever again. if I choice to get another car & he is there I will not buy from you. he does not treat customer well, your dealership was in the wrong the dealership made a mistake and he treated us like crap when we call them on it until he seen that the dealership. the whole conversation with him was a horrible experience for us. I love the car it has a few issues but your service said they could not find anything but I still have the issue of it stalling out at times. PS: AT THE END OF IT ALL ZAC THE MANAGER TOOK CARE OF US AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE DEALERSHIP. THANK YOU ZAC. More
