Worst experience ever. First they kept trying to mark up the vehicle from the advertised price. Then they kept pushing this paint protection on me that I didn't want for 3 hours we battled on it. It was 899 the vehicle from the advertised price. Then they kept pushing this paint protection on me that I didn't want for 3 hours we battled on it. It was 899 and I didn't want it 3 hours later they dropped it to 544. At that time I was exhausted it was 8 pm so I gave in I just wanted to go home. I will never go back. More

Wholly unsatisfied. We set up an appointment to see a car today. While we were pulling up for our appointment, the car we were interested in was being looked at by anothe We set up an appointment to see a car today. While we were pulling up for our appointment, the car we were interested in was being looked at by another couple. We were told, "We don't hold cars," over and over again. There was no apology from Michah the salesperson. There was no offer to help find an alternative. It was just, "We don't hold cars." Called the sales manager and got the same thing from him. We had gone to McLoughlin because we had purchased a 2019 Colorado ZR1. We're even going to have the free service done somewhere else. And we won't be referring them either. More
