Was told my Appt was Monday. I called in and was told my appointment was on monday at 08:30 and I was there on time but when I got there there was already 15 cars ahead of me so I I called in and was told my appointment was on monday at 08:30 and I was there on time but when I got there there was already 15 cars ahead of me so I wated almost 2 hours to get my truck checked in and was told that they would try to get to it in the afternoon. Well they didn't get to it till the next afternoon before they even put it on a scanner to see what the problem was. Luckily I had already purchased the part I thought it was for $119 on Amazon because the dealer told me that their price was $342 for the exact same part, the scanning was $145 and to put the part on was was another $391 just to replace a sensor. I called several times to get information on my progress but "they were really buried" with work. What I want to KNOW IS why do they schedule so many projects all at once ??? Is it because they don't want any other shops in the neighborhood to get any work ??? We will just stack them up and to xxxx with getting them out in a timely manner ??? Won't be seeing me back in there because it's been that way for at least 8 years. PS, the service man I didn't have any problems with or the mechanic but the Management needs to GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. More

The bummer is that the overall mood of customer interface staff is just not friendly. The receptionist that has been there every time I have been in the last year, the parts department counter service, and the telephone interaction- all could really care less. Lots of sighing and looking at the computer. Life is hard now. We need to look at each other as humans and realize that all we need is to feel like we are in this together in our professional life and daily existence. More

Good experience We had a list of eight cars to checkout as a daily driver plus the ability to tow behind our motorhome. One was the Chevy Equinox. We decided the Equinox was the best choice for us, the negotiations were done via Email and we quickly got a satisfactory price. They prepared the paperwork for our credit union and it only took an hour complete it. No pressure to buy a lot of extras. More
