delivery of truck after sales was poorly managed. It took over a week to prepare my truck for delivery to me. No one called me to tell me it was ready for pickup as agreed. Rip-off I was told by the Sales Manager that my car had a few issues and was only worth $22K. I don't believe they thought they would only make $2K on it. I understand Jimi wanting to make a big profit but thought I could trust what he told me. I currently lease a car from McLoughlin and offered to put a deposit on a new car at the time I sold my car to them. At this point I won't be dealing with them again. More

Took 95 minutes for an oil change and inspection. The appointment was previously scheduled ( not a drop in). No urgency from staff when I inquired on lengthy wait time.
