While we were pulling up for our appointment, the car we were interested in was being looked at by another couple. We were told, "We don't hold cars," over and over again. There was no apology from Michah the salesperson. There was no offer to help find an alternative. It was just, "We don't hold cars." Called the sales manager and got the same thing from him. We had gone to McLoughlin because we had purchased a 2019 Colorado ZR1. We're even going to have the free service done somewhere else. And we won't be referring them either. More
