New truck purchase My experience started out quite rough. I did a test drive and then was given a price breakdown that differed from the perk spot price I was originally My experience started out quite rough. I did a test drive and then was given a price breakdown that differed from the perk spot price I was originally quoted. When I was able to decipher the dealer quote, I discovered they automatically snuck in the price of an extended warranty. The following day, I explained my dismay to Austynn Wilkinson who went out of his way to explain that their system automatically includes the warranty, but I was under no obligation to purchase it. Despite having worked at this dealer for only 2 days, he showed much more professionalism than the clown I dealt with a day earlier! After the sale, Austynn assisted me with removing my stuff from my old vehicle and even told where I could park to get out of the rain! More

Unprofessional I really like the pickup we bought and the finance guy who finished our process was very nice. But I don't ever need to buy from this dealership again I really like the pickup we bought and the finance guy who finished our process was very nice. But I don't ever need to buy from this dealership again and I would not recommend it. While I can appreciate the need for the salesperson to drag out the process and repeatedly offer me all the add-ons available even after I told him at the start that I wasn't interested in any of them; it was still annoying to spend hours for something that could have been quicker. But what really bothers me is after we got home from the dealer I found out that while I was outside re-checking something about the pickup, the salesperson was making small-talk with my wife and after finding out she works in a fertility clinic felt it necessary to search for and show her pictures of explicit stone carvings online. Are you kidding me!? Who does this? There is NO circumstance where this is appropriate behavior in a professional setting. This is sexual harrassment and I would have left immediately if I had known about it. More

Absolutely awesome! The service adviser Larry went out of his way to get my car in same day, get it fixed the same day AND quoted me $490..when I came to pick up my car he said he found me a coupon and my to his way to get my car in same day, get it fixed the same day AND quoted me $490..when I came to pick up my car he said he found me a coupon and my total would be $350! Just incredible. I will be returning there from now on!
