Good dealership experience! I was pleased with being able to get in early morning (7:30) with only a one day notice! My service advisor (Larry Thomsen) was personable enough. The waiting area was clean and offered donuts and coffee (although I'm off of sweets for the month of February, so I could not partake)! I would have rated my visit higher except for the fact that my car was not washed or vacuumed out . Or maybe Dealerships don't do those things anymore. I must mention that I found a coupon online that brought my oil/filter change to a cool $49.95! I will definitely go back and recommend the dealership. More

Elliott was a pleasure to work with. Approval took a while. Really enjoyed Sales person Elliott. Warranties were confusing, started from time vehicle was registered with dealership, not the date of our purchase????? Took a long time to get thru process, with approvals from managers and finance, 4 hours. We were being sold a good, trust worthy vehicle until we got to the final/finance person, then the sales pitch on the extended warranty left us feeling the vehicle might not be that good, very confusing, left us concerned that the vehicle was "likely" to have major problems about the time the initial warranties ran out????? We like the vehicle, but it seemed the dealership was still using some of the old wear down the customer sales techniques. More
