Paid full asking price & still had to buy a key??? Very pleased with the vehicle however there was only one Key Fob & you refused to provide the 2nd. Honestly Rare I have dealt with many dealerships, salesmen and finance departments and can honestly say I have never enjoyed the whole buying a car process.... I have dealt with many dealerships, salesmen and finance departments and can honestly say I have never enjoyed the whole buying a car process.... But when I droved into this dealership coming all the way from Eugene that all changed. I was first greeted by Mr. Fontaine, asking if he could be any assistance to me, and in my mind I thought "here we go with the sales attack", but that wasn't the case with him. With such professionalism and sincerity he immediately took me on a different path. It was more like meeting one of your best friends for the first time. I came in with nearly an impossible financial situation, usually hearing the whole " We can do anything motto" Or " Let's give it a shot", instead Mr. Fontain told me, "We have the best Finance guy, Let me talk to him" that finance guy was Brian Sallee. When Brian came to me after over looking my situation, he gave me some options, instead of running my information through the ringer and sending it to every Bank, Credit Union in the world! He called the Financial Company directly, and that's when I Knew I was working not only with the best salesman but also the best finance guy, which most of the time you never see that guy come out from behind his computer. Through the whole process these wonderful group of guys werent acting as if they were selling me a car but actually more of being advocates on my behalf and making sure I get the best deal, and exactly what I want. Even the other salesmen men other then the ones I was working with looked happy and had no problem helping when the could. My overall experience was mind blowing. I actually felt like I won when I left this dealership, it was an amazing experience. I hope that anyone that is looking to get a car, goes in and gives this dealership a shot.
