Excellent all around! I recently had an issue with the stereo in my new car and was able to schedule through Don to get it fixed right away. While the car was in, Don informed me of a recall that needed to be addressed as well. After multiple scheduling attempts (all my fault), Don got me in with a loaner car, working with my schedule to get the recall addressed. He was always very professional, friendly, and effective - it was a pleasure to work with him! More

I also liked it that the sales team and finance team worked very well together and always provided consistent information. No sales or finance personnel ever contradicted each other. Best car buying experience I have ever had hands down. Never once felt pressured but did feel like they valued me as a customer and listened to what my needs were instead of what they wanted to sell, it was more about what I wanted to buy. More
