Never in my life have I ever experienced such poor customer service. On Aug 5th I sent in an email request for leasing information on an in stock unit, 2 days later I had to ask the sales person, (Saul Gallegos) a second time for information regarding a lease. On Friday (Aug 9th) 5 days after my original inquiry, Saul finally emailed me back and simply typed "NO", he refused to answer any questions, giving me no guidance, no information, no help whatsoever. Upset, I then called and left a vm with JR McGee, one of the sales managers at McLoughlin Chevy, requesting to speak with him. It is now September 13th and still no answers, no call back, no email. The best part is that I wanted to do business with McLoughlin Chevy because they used to be one of the highest rated Chevy dealers in the Portland area. In the long run, I ended up with a shiny new Trail Boss from Wentworth Chevy! They were much more helpful, polite and offered fantastic customer service. More
