I've owned a couple GMC's in the past, and will continue to stick with Chevrolet partly because of their service dept. There really is a huge difference between the two dealerships and I appreciate being treated so nicely at Chevrolet. More
Used 2019 KIA Sorento My wife and I have been shopping for a couple of months for a newer used KIA. We found so many of them that it made our heads spin. We almost bought o My wife and I have been shopping for a couple of months for a newer used KIA. We found so many of them that it made our heads spin. We almost bought one in our home town, but felt the price was too high for the market on this car. We had a trip to Portland planned, and she had mentioned that McLoughlin Chevy had a couple of them with the lower price (exact same car). So we stopped to look at them with no intention of buying. Dave came out to meet us, and we told him that we did not have the time to buy one because we were on a very tight schedule. Dave understood our needs and asked us if he could move the paperwork along quickly would we buy the car. We gave him a time limit, and he was able to make the deal happen within 2 minutes of our set time. One of the best car buying experience that we have ever had. My only complaint is I did not want the extended warranty, but the finance guy Ryan put it on the deal anyway. I should have stood my ground, but we are glad to have it. More

Hidden Costs I went there to get a car I found online I talked to Saul I made an Appointment to look at the car. got there saw the car I liked went inside to start I went there to get a car I found online I talked to Saul I made an Appointment to look at the car. got there saw the car I liked went inside to start the paperwork process me being naive on the financing process started to sign the paperwork I had some doubts but Ryan Lawson reassure me everything was fine I should have listened to my self. I paid for services I didn't need. There is no opting out after you purchased them is what i was told. I went there to get a 13000 car and come owning 21000. I am sharing this to hopefully help someone as naive as I was. Ask questions at front and dont be afraid to say no to them dont let them push thing that you wont need just because your there. Hopefully one day they change their way to do things and keep taking advantage of their costumers. I had great help from Saul but I would definitely wont recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
