After the test drive and tour of available Bolts with Kaveh, we initially were ready to leave; then changed our mind to look at the colors and the range of features of the available cars. Our favorite colors were available, but the mix of features that we wanted - and didn't want - didn't seem to be. Then he found one whose mix did meet our preferences, and when he showed us the discount thereafter, we were hooked. The checkout process was a little longer than we had time for, so we were antsy. Nevertheless we're satisfied with 90% of the car buying experience. More
