I always received the best customer service from McLoughlin Chevrolet. I used to go to another Chevy dealership and they don't even come close to the professionalism that McLoughlin Chevrolet shows. I saw the McLoughlin Chevrolet had a used Mercedes that I was interested in. I called and said that if the car checked out I would write a check for it. They let me take the car to my auto Mechanic to look was interested in. I called and said that if the car checked out I would write a check for it. They let me take the car to my auto Mechanic to look it over. I went back and was out of there with my new used car in short order. Adam, Dave, and EJ. were great. They did everything they promised quickly. From the time I called to when we signed the papers an automatic price drop of $500.00 occurred online. They even honored the dropped price.
