Terrible communication throughout the finalizing of the sale. Dealer did not file paperwork properly which resulted in a massive headache with DMV and multiple phone calls trying to resolve the issue. They sale. We drove from Spokane, WA to look at a truck at last minute. Everyone really stepped up so we could go there get it and get back home the sameday. I really appreciate being to go to a dealership, actually talking to humans face to face, and being able to test drive vehicles as needed. I see more and more companies coming up with only "home delivery" on talking to humans face to face, and being able to test drive vehicles as needed. I see more and more companies coming up with only "home delivery" online purchasing options. I understand moving forward but having the option to go into a place of business is better for me. The folks there are friendly, from my first email to actually picking up a car I never felt required to purchase a car. More
