I hate going to dealerships but going to McLoughlin was more pleasant. It didn't really seem like a typical dealership. I also wasn't very excited to travel very far to look at this pickup but we knew it more pleasant. It didn't really seem like a typical dealership. I also wasn't very excited to travel very far to look at this pickup but we knew it was what we needed and there just isn't a lot to choose from around. We purchased the pickup and traded our Ram in. The only thing that was a bummer is we found out the air conditioning wasn't working when we got it all the way home. We were also going on a trip so bringing it back was not an option. My husband figured out it was just a relay, but it was a little annoying that wasn't taken care of before being it was a new pickup. But all in all, our salesman, Micah made everything worth it. We had already paid for an inspection so I guess they figured we would not walk. They raised the price on the ad between when we said we were coming and when we arrived. We had proof. This is on them... A week later they came down a small amount, but when we came to pick up the vehicle parts had been "stolen". They were unwilling to negotiate for what was expected to be on the vehicle. We did buy the vehicle in spite of the dealership. Only because it was in excellent condition. I expect nothing more from them after the purchase. BTW we didn't want anything they were up-selling; insurance, or paint protect, etc. We had our own financing, and excellent credit. Make your own inferences. Nothing wrong with the dealership I guess. Typical... just nothing special More
