My car broke down 3 days after we purchased it. I called the dealership and was told I was top priority and they would get back with me that same day. It is now close to 2 weeks later and still no I called the dealership and was told I was top priority and they would get back with me that same day. It is now close to 2 weeks later and still no word even after I reached out asking for an update. No car no response. I’m out of luck apparently but I have made reports regarding this dealership about what took place. I realize you’re buying as is but the money we spent on a 2 year old vehicle I expected it to run more than 3 days. I’m on a waiting list to get my car fixed through another dealership. More

Found a Jeep Wrangler online on AutoTrader that this dealership had for sale. Called ahead and Adam had the Jeep parked and ready out front for me to look at and test drive when I got there. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable which eased my anxiety about going through the whole car purchase process. When it came to finances, I had pulled some pre-approvals beforehand and had an estimate on the rates I was looking at with my credit. To my surprise, Chris was able to find me a rate at almost half of what I was expecting to get! I am still honestly stoked about it and could not be more grateful to them. I was very hesitant about having my CR shotgunned out to all the lenders, as I’m still in a rebuild phase, and Chris kept his word and did not step out from what I was comfortable with. Overall a very good car buying experience. Drove out of there with the Wrangler and, excited for all the new adventures I’ll get to take it on! Definitely a dealership that puts the customers first. A big thanks again to both Adam and Chris. More
