My first visit at McPeeks was a very positive experience. My service consultant Luis Cejan was beyond exceptional. When I walked into thee service department, I was greeted by eye contact and a smile. I was My service consultant Luis Cejan was beyond exceptional. When I walked into thee service department, I was greeted by eye contact and a smile. I was astounded that I was offered a ride thru Lyft instead of waiting for the shuttle. I was there for the "udderly free oil change". It truly was a free oil change. There was no pressure to purchase any other products or services! Very classy and pleasant environment and staff.. At no time did I feel pressured or stressed which is common when obtaining services. To be honest, when you call the dealership, it is answered by an AI voice named Mia. I was able to request to speak with a person. I was connected to a person quickly. I was also able to pay in cash paid. directly to the service advisor. It is important to me to minimize use of AI and to use cash when possible when paying for services. I did decide to have a recommended coolant flush because it is recommended at 100,000 miles and it is important to maintain the engine function.. I will definitely be back for further recommended services for my "new" 2008 PT Cruizer convertible, over the next several months. Instead of dreading the visit, I will look forward to doing business with this dealership. Again, I must mention my service advisor Luis Cejan who was warm, friendly and very professional. I was not happy with the service, they took all day for diagnostic,oil change and 5 wheel tire rotation. Then only rotated 4 tires when I asked for 5 tire rotation. Someone disconnected my camera system diagnostic,oil change and 5 wheel tire rotation. Then only rotated 4 tires when I asked for 5 tire rotation.
