We became aware of the lack of communication with customers and now have in place a new service director who took over this month. We had some issues and the employees who were not working toward our goal of servicing customers in a professional manner have been replaced. Sadly the communication problems HAVE NOT improved. My husband's jeep is in the shop again (the 3 or 4th time in the past 2 months.) He has not been able to get in touch with his service advisor in almost a week. We were told that parts were suppose to be coming in that they hoped would fix it. No clue if the parts ever came in OR if the jeep is fixed since no one will return calls. The jeep has been there 6 weeks out of the past 2 months, yet the service department cant seem to figure out what is wrong. We are paying for a jeep that we aren't even driving. Ray (I believe is the service manager) is VERY dismissive. One of the times I dropped off the jeep I waited in the service bay for 30 minutes before being helped while other people around me getting helped, including those who came in AFTER me. I finally had to get out to be helped. "Oh I thought you had been helped already." I spoke to Ray about it, and he basically shrugged his shoulders. The service department is a joke. Our next step is going to be going to the manager of the entire dealership. This is getting beyond ridiculous. Way to treat a loyal customer Meador Dodge.
