This is because they give you the bottom line price up-front on their website. In my case, I placed a special order because I wanted the RamBox option, which they did not currently have in stock. My internet sales specialist, Shagufta Khan, was absolutely fantastic at making sure I ended up with the vehicle I wanted. She took the time to listen to me, and was never pushy. She took care of me and my wife from start to finish - giving us critical information to make the best selections. During the time I was waiting for my vehicle to be built, the RAM received top safety awards as well as the Motor Trends Truck of the Year. When my RAM arrived, I actually got more dealer incentives than I had anticipated. Greg McCoy from the finance department was incredible at finding us the best financing deals at the lowest rates. They also gave us a great trade-in deal on our old vehicle. Larry Parks (GM) took the time to come over and thank us for making a purchase. I truly believe his integrity, character, and desire to keep us as lifetime customers are why Meador has such a great reputation! They really care about their customers!! I’m always having to argue with the service tech or even with the rep that is scheduling a time for my vehicle. It’s never a simple yes sir, it’s well we have to see. Perfect example I asked for a loaner vehicle and they told me well it’s gonna have to go through Chrysler because they will pay for it if it’s under warranty but in the meantime I have to wait so my vehicle is in the shop and they said it will be 3 weeks before they can look at to see if it’s a part that will be covered under manufacturer warranty so I can get a loaner this is such an inconvenience and also when I call to let them know hey I have a problem wit my vehicle I’m getting a warning light there always rude like did I not just buy a new through you why are y’all treating the customers like we are just a dollar figure and like it’s inconvenient for me to call them and tell them that I’m having problems with my vehicle that I brought brand new through this dealer. It’s like there quick to take ur money but when you reach out because your having vehicle problems they just wanna ignore you. My vehicle have in the shop again for the same part that it was replaced supposedly it hasn’t even been 2k miles and the same light indicator has come on More
