He assured me that my experience was a one-off problem, and that he would work to ensure it did not happen again. He seemed as flummoxed by the situation as I was. Chad and Sam did make sure that my situation was fully resolved. I hate that it had to be such a combative experience, but in the end, they did make it right. *** I'm torn in writing this review, because my salesman, Chad, is absolutely fantastic. He got me a fair deal on a somewhat illusive Jeep, and has been very helpful. The string of administrate blunders, however, has me uneasy, and I'm not sure I'd recommend this dealership based on their failings. It took me over a week of complaining over the phone about incorrect registration paperwork before I gave up and went in. At this point, I was already unhappy. Part of the fees that I paid was to have it correctly registered. I came in to see a manager. The receptionist barely gave me the time of day, and then wanted to lecture me about being respectful. Hardly her place to lecture me, especially after she ignored me for about 10 minutes. A few minutes later, the titling manger was phoned, and she told me that it was *my* fault because I didn't do the paperwork - paperwork that I was never given. As a mater of fact, all of the sales folks and the finance manager assured that my situation would not be an issue when I bought the vehicle. After another 15 or so minutes of complaining and waiting, and some sort of manager, Sam Streete - a real snake-oil salesman type - decided to come out and basically tell me it was my problem; he then threatened not to make it right because he didn't like my tone. I eventually got him to actually listen instead of just smiling and being patronizing, and it ends up that the dealership had me driving ILLEGALLY for almost a month because they never even gave me paper tags when I bought the Jeep a month ago. It occurs to me that if you listened to your customers and actually DID SOMETHING, they may not be irate when they finally get to a manager. Now, after phoning the dealership for a week, and wasting 90 minutes driving up there and being insulted, it seems like the end may be in sight. This is all after I bought a brand new Jeep. Something tells me that if I was there to buy, it would have been a different story. The only thing more frighting than all of this is when the finance manager had the service department take the plates off of my old car, and put them on the new Jeep, the technician did so with wire cutters. Not pliers, not a wrench, not a drill, wire cutters. The only competent person that I've met in the whole place was my salesman. I'm very leery of ever shopping here again, and would recommend that buyers look elsewhere. I've bought plenty of cars, and NEVER had this much hassle. More

Every single time we have been here it’s always an inconvenience. I own another vehicle from Kia and the experience there is definitely way better. This place can probably learn a few pointers from Kia Service Dept. Service department here really is not recommended. More

Great guys who got me in the Jeep of my dreams I had been looking for a Jeep Rubicon JL for months, and had been unable to find one that had all the features I wanted at a local dealership in Louis I had been looking for a Jeep Rubicon JL for months, and had been unable to find one that had all the features I wanted at a local dealership in Louisiana. I took a weekend trip to Dallas with my son and grabbed the title to my trade in, intent on finding a dealership that could help me out. This was the third dealership I had contacted, and they were the only one who got back to me on a Friday night after closing time. Thomas Payne called me back after I sent in a web inquiry from the hotel and gave me a rundown on what they had available at 8pm that evening. I told them I would be there by 10 am the next day and they were ready for me when I showed up. Thomas put me in touch with Lonnie Smoots who worked with me to find me a jeep so new it hadn't even been checked in yet from the delivery truck. He got it checked in a ready for a test drive and I knew it was the one the moment I sat in it. These guys got me what I wanted on my trade, and the negotiations were painless and the bottom price was very much to my liking for the features I got. I drove away that Saturday with a brand new Rubicon with less that 10 miles on it. The customer service didn't stop there. The next day I had a problem when the Benbrook police confiscated my temp tag because of a clerical error. I awoke sunday to find my Jeep had no tag and I want going to be able to head back to Louisiana. I called Thomas Payne early on a Sunday morning and within 30 minutes he had me a corrected tag emailed and ready to go! I printed it at the hotel and was set to spend the rest of day in Fort Worth worry free and got home with no issues. How many dealer sales guys will you find on a Sunday?!! Not many, but these guys were right on top of it. Top notch support, top notch guys, and no sleazy tactics or pressure. If you are looking for a vehicle and are not from Texas they will work with you to make it happen. Highly recommended, and by far the best car buying experience I've had in my 31 years of driving. More
Worst Car Detail EVER! I was very excited to get my Jeep Wrangler PROFESSIONALLY detailed and willing to pay the $200 fee. I dropped my car off at 7:00 am and they were supp I was very excited to get my Jeep Wrangler PROFESSIONALLY detailed and willing to pay the $200 fee. I dropped my car off at 7:00 am and they were suppose to be done by 3pm... I arrived and was told they were buffing out a spot on my fender, but would be done shortly. I was there until 7 pm.... Keep in mind, they close at 6 pm... My Jeep looked just like it did when I brought it in... I had to get the service manager to attempt to get my situation rectified because my service representative, Dan Guevara, was initially acting like it was satisfactory... They apoligized finally admitting that my car was neglected and offered me a free detail if I brought it back... They assured me that it would be done properly... I brought it back, they kept my car from 8am until 6pm AND I GOT THE SAME RESULTS!!!! It was HORRIBLE. I felt devalued as a customer. Meador Jeep should be embarrassed in providing such poor service... I will NEVER take my car back and I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. More
