Had to make an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance. Drop my car off in the morning of the day and by afternoon they hadn't even touched the car yet. An oil change, and a directional light got a total attitude from Chris at service like it was my fault they didn't get to it. Not even an apology. Then when it said okay that's fine. I'll be there at 3:15 to pick up my vehicle. He said okay. I'll leave the keys in it. I get dropped off from work, I walk back to the vehicle, and it's locked. So I had to walk back up to the other service department to get my keys. What a dick. Tell me that wasn't an intentional move. So I went through a little bit of a hassle getting my vehicle there and they didn't even touch it, completely wasting my time and inconveniencing other people. He has a very well mannered demeanor . He is a professional , has a great patient, the communication skills are excellent.
