They also wanted to charge Clean retail for a car that was less than fair. When we were speaking the salesman was short with me interrupted me and talked over me. the second time he went to his sales manager, the sales manager was the one that came back to speak with me. Our conversation was much shorter but he was much more polite. More

Truck sold to me with a leaking transmission I bought a used Nissan Frontier from Med Center Mazda recently. After a couple of days, I noticed a puddle of transmission fluid on my garage floor a I bought a used Nissan Frontier from Med Center Mazda recently. After a couple of days, I noticed a puddle of transmission fluid on my garage floor and found that the Frontier had a leaking rear transmission seal. I contacted the salesman that I had dealt with and told him about the leaking seal. I requested that Med Center Mazda simply fix the problem since it was obvious that the seal was leaking when they sold the truck to me. The salesman consulted his manager and the response was that they would not fix the leaking seal. An organization that is truly interested in customer service would have corrected the problem. Very disappointing. I'll never do business with Med Center Mazda again....Driver's Way is right next door and I've had good experiences with them. More
