He seemed honest, trustworthy, and straightforward- which I very much appreciate. The finance person was helpful- he was also straightforward and explained what we were doing. They both made the experience almost enjoyable- and I don’t normally enjoy purchasing a vehicle because it seems the salesperson and/or dealership wants to play games with me. We had a no hassle all around pleasant experience with Med Center Mazda. I worked with 3 other dealerships and this was by far the most straightforward encounter. I felt like they were building a long term relationship. The price was clearly stated without a whole bunch of surprise add ons. This was the only dealership not trying to sell air in the tires.
