I usually have a great service at this dealership but you’ve been working on my car since July 28 and still can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. I believe that the service reps assumed from my descript you’ve been working on my car since July 28 and still can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. I believe that the service reps assumed from my description of the problem that the problem was caused by a common factor and a proper diagnostic test was not performed… I’ve yet to see the report. Parts were bought and old parts replaced and problem was not fixed. Last time I was contacted was august 10 with an update. I called august 12….. still not finished…. When first “repairs” were done I had to remove jolly ranchers candy wrappers/trash from my car. The “loner” car smells of sweat and is dirty. And if I’m waiting in the waiting area I want someone to come talk to me if I’m about to spend $800 dollars in repairs…. I don’t want an email updating me. Proper Customer service is being taken for granted. Only positive comment I can say is Everybody has been nice. More
I have brought my CX-9, which I bought from this dealership, on two separate occasions for repair. There is a grinding noise and vibration from the front end.
